I generally have carried water with me to solve this, but I thought I would look for a pack that I could attach it to me instead. I saw from the other reviews some people said the pack bounces too much for them, but I thought I'd get it and give it a try.For running, I found that if you cinch the pack fairly tight, it doesn't move too badly, but you can feel the weight of it shifting up and down on your back and I deemed this too annoying to run with. I think this would be a very personal thing, it didn't bounce enough that you really couldn't run with it, I'm sure it wouldn't bother some. The pack is very well made, I'm very pleased with the craftmanship, the bottle stays in the pouch very securely. With the pack on, the water bottle sits in the small of your back and the pouch rests over the front of your left hip. There are elastic...
